What’s the difference between a swap and a cross-chain swap?

A swap refers to exchanging cryptocurrencies within the same network, where both the payment and the receipt of tokens occur on that same blockchain.
A cross-chain swap refers to exchanging assets across different networks, where the token you pay with and the token you receive belong to different blockchains.

How to make a swap from the Renegade mobile app

1. Go to Vault and select Swap at the top of the app.
2. Swap main page.
3. On the Swap main page, select the network and token in the “From” field.
4. Select the token you want to receive in the “To” field.
5. You’ll see both “From” and “To” fields selected at the same time.
6. A recommended route and amount to pay will appear.
7. Expand the section to view all available routes and amounts.
8. Review the swap details and tap Start Swapping to begin the transaction.

In the app, you can check your swap transaction details under Transaction History.
